Before preparing for head surgery, we have to do a good job in the preparation of the operation position, the preparation steps are as follows:

1. Note the pictogram and keep the surgical drapes in the right direction.

2. Put the drape under the head and partly under the shoulders of the patient.

3. Take the corner of the drape and unfold over the patient. Pull the drape towards the patient’s feet.

4. Do the same on the other side. Cross the drape over the patient.

5. Take one corner of the drape and drape around the part of the face or neck that the procedure involves.

6. Use the adhesive tape to fix the turban in place.

7. Position the adhesive OP sheet centered over the body. Open the sheet towards yourself, then away from you and finally unfold fully towards the feet.

8. Draping is then completed.
